From Scratch is a new restaurant in Dubai. Their proposal is to offer delicious food with most of the raw material made by them. The restaurant serves burgers, fries, pasta and salads, as well as delicious drinks.
From Scratch's audience is young, they are people who care about the quality of food and service, regardless of price. The food will be of premium quality, but we shouldn't go in an overly fancy direction, we're looking for something casual, colourful, organic, with a warm atmosphere.
